Straightforward ticketing feeswith no monthly software bill
Default Tixoola rates are a small per-ticket platform fee—not a cut that climbs when you raise prices. On standard rates there’s no monthly software subscription, so a dark month costs nothing.*

Pricing FAQ
How do default Tixoola platform fees work?
Ticketing has a per-ticket-line platform fee plus, where applicable, a percentage of the eligible transaction amount. The numbers on this page come from our public pricing feed when it is available; your organization’s agreement or custom credit plan may differ.
Are Stripe or card processing fees included?
No. Card and payment processor fees are charged by your payment provider (Stripe, Square, or Authorize.Net) and are separate from Tixoola platform fees.
Can we pass platform and card fees to buyers?
Yes. Fees can be passed through to buyers or absorbed by your organization, configured per event or per ticket type, with clear fee display at checkout.
Can my rates differ from what is shown on this page?
Yes. Final fees depend on your region, volume, and contract. Custom credit plans may override default public rates. Start signup or contact sales for a quote tailored to your organization.
What is included with Event ticketing pricing?
Default ticketing fees cover the full ticketing platform: branded event pages, unlimited ticket types, presale and access codes, dynamic pricing tiers, QR scanning and check-in, box office sales, reporting, and settlement statements. There is no separate charge for the organizer portal.
Is there a fee for free events or comp tickets?
Complimentary tickets are supported for guests, sponsors, and staff. Talk to our team about how comps and free-event configurations affect your fee schedule.
How do payouts work?
With Stripe Connect, ticket revenue settles to your own Stripe account and pays out to your bank on your payout schedule. Settlement reports with PDF export reconcile every event.
